Drink and "Thrive"

These days alcohol is used to stimulate libidos,
confidence and imagination and often serves as an escape from the depressing monotony of life.
And while moderate quantity can reduce anxiety, let people relax and have more fun, stepping over the limits is completely unattractive and quite dangerous.
Some men feel alcohol is a natural aphrodisiac, and heavy intoxication will magically transform them into genius, flirty, sex wizards. Unfortunately, articulation in conversation and proper motor coordination in bed, are playing a vital importance in the "wizard-ing".
If you need to be intoxicated in order to have good sex and feel confident, isn't it maybe better to establish the reasons behind that urge first?
Do you feel self-conscious about the way your look? Is there something you enjoy during sex and feel comfortable asking for it only after a couple of drinks? Terrified of rejection, perhaps?
Addressing these issues can be a good chance for self-growth and intoxication control.
It is important to remember- alcohol is a depressant, and the effect of increased alcohol consumption can dampen mood, decrease sexual desire, and make it challenging for a man to achieve erections or reach an orgasm. Unless, you want to feel like a gay man at a PlayBoy party, keep the drinking under control.
I wish, all those men, who tend to have more then two beers in the pub after work and planning on having sex after, have heard of the famous Porter's line in Macbeth - "It provokes the desire, but it takes away the performance".
I mean, never-mind even the performance, but how many women see a drunk man and think - "Oh, I would love to hook up with him tonight"?
Having red, foggy eyes, heavy "beer" breath, and an attitude of a Mike Tyson- turn -Don Juan, is not exactly ringing sex-appeal to any woman, not to mention kissing a soon-to-be toilet bowl huger - can easily be the ultimate turn off.
I shouldn't, perhaps, bother explaining myself further, to why I do not see clients after 10:00PM !
PS.I would like to specify- I do not intend to generalise an entire gender, and I do not think all men are drunk after 10pm , And, yes, I am aware many women are guilty of the same.
Drink responsibly.... and don't forget to smile!
